      Ken,

Just submitted my 2c to your survey. What a great list from which we can choose! A common “theme” might be helpful to ID choices. For example, a “learning track” or areas of a core competency/skill.

I do like seeing someone new occasionally, or someone we’ve seen before but with fresh content or a new approach. New can be good.

Also, I like the idea of “polarizing” speakers. In fact, I’m currently reading a book titled “Polarity Management: Identifying and Managing Unsolvable Problems,” by Barry Johnson. My context is different: weighing ways to share information while also maintaining viable security posture (these two goals are often polar opposites). It can generate good discussions and creative solutions. Middle of the road is safe, but extremes are thought-provoking. Depends upon the theme of your event, too. Is there a common theme, or sub-theme?
That might make broad choices easier for the masses. Awesome list.

I hope I will be available to attend in Feb; I can’t commit at this time for reasons of which you’re aware, Ken. I highly recommend JVAlert though! I’ll keep you posted as things develop…
